( In The Peak Performance Physical Therapy Building)
Is open to the public and offers a wide variety of
equipment in our facility. Including bikes, treadmills, free weights, elliptical machines, etc.
Summit Fitness
We offer a variety of public classes focused on cross-training and total fitness.
Classes are held Monday-Friday at
5:30am, 6:30am, and 5:30pm.
Senior Classes Are Offered On:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 1pm.
Personal training, boxing, kickboxing, MMA, and grappling lessons available by appointment.

PETER COLE
Our 5:30/6:30 am class trainer, Peter Cole!
Peter Cole is a professional mixed martial artist and fitness coach with roots in the Ithaca NY area. After scholastic wresting he progressed to a professional career in MMA. Coached by Ryan Cioloti, Matt Lee and Primo Bellarosa, Peter fought for promotions on the east coast. During his career he was ranked 3rd in NYS in the flyweight division and top 10 in the Northeast. In 2018 he was awarded his purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu while creating a successful career as head coach for the Ultimate Athletics Gym franchise in Ithaca. Peter has done private personal training for the last 10 years to help individuals meet their fitness goals through dynamic workouts. He is an advocate for strength and conditioning workouts for people of all ages and abilities, and looks forward to sharing his passion for fitness with the Owego community.
AARON REARDON
Our 5:30 pm class trainer, Aaron Reardon!
Aaron is originally from Syracuse and graduated from Cicero-North Syracuse High School where he competed in track and cross country. He has been involved in martial arts since he was 8 years old. He received his Bachelor's degree from Mansfield University in Sports Nutrition in 2013. He competed on the track and cross country teams at Mansfield as a Division II athlete. He also competed on the university’s boxing team. Aaron fought in over 20 bouts, became team captain and fought at Nationals in 2010.
The year after he graduated, Aaron really discovered his love for coaching and became assistant coach of the Mansfield University Boxing Team. He became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine shortly after graduating.
Now he lives here in Owego with his wife and daughter. His true passion is to help people achieve their fitness goals and become the best version of themselves!
BRYAN HATHAWAY
Owner, Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Specialist
Bryan Hathaway is the owner of Peak Performance Physical Therapy, Tioga and Summit Fitness. A former collegiate wrestler, he is an exercise enthusiast and believes in Fitness For Life. He has more than 30 years of experience as a physical therapist, and has coached high school football, basketball, as well as youth wrestling, soccer, and baseball. Join his team and you too can become fit for life.
